This position is also responsible for segments of larger rewards projects in a Human Resources environment.Responsibilities to Include:
Primary customers are HR CoE’s, HR Business Partners and exempt, non-organized employees.
Internal coordination of rewards processes with representatives from various internal functions and HR CoEs.
External coordination with rewards consultants as necessary.
Develop and refine rewards processes, including eligibility rules, administrative rules, rewards approval processes and documentation, process communications strategy and evaluation of process effectiveness.
Responsible for the successful completion of segments of large rewards projects
Refine process flowcharting for all rewards processes to ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Expert on world-class rewards processes, including areas of communication and administration
Provide direction to HR CoEs and HR Business Partners regarding implementation of rewards processes for broad-based population; provide direction to Manager, Executive Programs and Executive Programs Consultant - Active Key Executives regarding implementation of rewards processes for Key Executive population.
Identify potential Black Belt or Green Belt projects within rewards processes; after approval, coordinate completion of projects.
Work with HR Business Partners to assess similarities and differences between business units regarding local rewards processes; provide consultation regarding opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and deliver process training regarding rewards processes as needed to optimize customer understanding and acceptance.A Textron Company
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferred.Position Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in process design and implementation.
Strong compensation background.
Handling of confidential and sensitive issues.
Working knowledge of Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office applications & Access
Strong customer focus, analytical, mathematical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.License and Certification Requirements:
