Client Services Administrator (DB) - Mercer HR Services US

A Client Services Administrator in the outsourcing practice provides retirement benefits information to plan participants. To fulfill this role, the administrator will:Process pension calculations Process participant death benefit packages, ensuring that paperwork is complete and accurate Process all aspects of the documentation to close out a file Provide information to the senior client services administrator for updating procedures and documentation to reflect any plan changes or process improvements Process participant pension payments Process participant initial elections and changes to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate Process eligible pension payments to Trust on a scheduled basis Assist with payment inquiries and issues Identify ways to improve workflow and procedures to increase productivity Act as a resource for other client services administrators, the client and survivors/participants on pension payment-related issues; conduct research, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree preferred and/or equivalent industry experienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and WordExcellent problem solving and analytical skills; proven ability to research, follow up and resolve issuesAbility to thoroughly understand and carry out written or oral instructions in a time sensitive environmentAbility to adapt to and work in an unstructured environmentAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism and sense of urgency to ensure client and participant expectations are consistently met.Mercer Human Resource Consulting Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
