Client Operations Manager
Pro Staff, one of the largest privately owned staffing companies in the country, has an opportunity for a Client Operations Manager to work on-site at Boston Scientific, in Spencer, IN! This exciting position provides leadership to three key aspects of our business: The Staffing Team, The Talent, and The Customers.
Primary responsibilities include overseeing the high volume recruiting and staffing process in acquiring manufacturing talent.
Core fundamentals of this role are:
· Manage and provide leadership to the staffing team and overall recruiting process
· Build and develop strong relationships with all of leadership within the client organization
· Develop and implement new programs to streamline over all efficiencies within the processes
· Must be detail orientated and process driven
· High volume Recruiting for manufacturing positions within the account· Assists with sourcing, interviewing, and selecting new candidates for open positions · Trains newly hired staffing associates on job responsibilities · Oversees and performs on-going training and development of strategic account staffing associates to facilitate professional growth
· Responsible for attending client directed meetings and providing weekly and monthly reports
· Give daily leadership to employee relations concerns
To be considered for this position you need a minimum of three years experience in Staffing and Recruiting. Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Management experience necessary. Experience with establishing and maintaining business relationships is key. Computer knowledge of Access, Excel and PeopleSoft is helpful. Must be flexible to work the hours based on clients needs. To be considered for this position a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
