CLASSIFIED EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

CLASSIFIED EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST The Great Falls Tribune is looking for a professional, goal oriented and driven classified employment specialist. Responsibilities include: Sell, service and upgrade line and display employment advertising by phone, by mail, and in-person visits. Sell online and special publications and promotions by making outgoing calls. Assist customers in any service problems and place prospective sales calls. Design effective and attractive ad layouts, using various type-sizes and styles. Assist Inside Sales Representatives by taking voluntary sales calls during peak times. Requirements: High school education, with college-level business or marketing courses preferred. At least one year of experience in sales preferably telemarketing. Organization and attention to detail a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented and upbeat environment. We offer a full benefits package with weekly base pay, plus monthly commission plan based on goal achievement.
