Business Intelligence/Workflow Manager
HireSuite, a world-class provider of customized recruitment and recruitment technology product solutions currently has an opening for a Business Intelligence/Workflow Manager. This position will provide full life cycle recruiting support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:* Coordinate recruitment searches with hiring managers * Ensure consistent and equitable administration of internal job posting process.* Develop sourcing plans and recruit for assigned positions.* Support diversity initiatives and EEO goals.* Conduct Recruitment Intake Meetings to define specifications of positions * Source and identify candidates for assigned positions* Provide recommended candidates to the hiring managers in the assigned market. * Create sourcing processes and share best practice solutions for finding quality candidates. * Assist in defining, developing and continually improving methods used to source talent.* Maintain alliances with recruitment agencies, colleges and minority associations * Track EEO data.* Track supporting performance measurements that ensure accountability for the recruiting function. * Maintain recruitment satisfaction surveys, key recruitment measures, Employee Referral Programs and requisition tracking systems.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:* BS/BA Management or related field* Direct recruiting experience is required with a minimum of 3 years experience * Advanced sourcing and recruiting experience for technical/professional/management level positions. * Demonstrates innovative research skills.* Knowledge in the analysis of market/region demographics.* Project management or database management development experience. * Strong organizational and follow up skills* Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast paced environment* Strong market knowledge, with the ability to identify, evaluate and prioritize target companies and target geographies.
