Branch Manager - Sales/Staffing Solutions Houston, TX

We seek a Branch Manager for our Houston location to manage P&L for this $10 million Engineering staffing Branch, grow sales, lead a team in developing new business, cultivate and grow revenue in client accounts, oversee 5 staff members in sales, recruitment, and client retention, 65% - 70% client prospecting, develop and deliver presentations to client and prospect accounts, assist recruiters in developing effective recruiting strategies to impact order fulfillment ratios, provide coaching on creative appointment setting strategies, compliment and assist in the development of strategic business plans and budgets, monitor client satisfaction and improve business relationships for maximum retention, facilitating training and development of employees.


Desirable qualifications and experience:
A minimum of 3 years branch management experience in direct Engineering or technical staffing preferred. Must have a strong sales background with a proven track record of performance. Candidates with a strong sales/operations background in other technology industries (i.e. oil, energy, etc.) are encourged to apply. Must have held full P&L responsibilities, a record in growing not only sales revenue but also profit revenue, expertise in managing people, effective change agent who can mentor and develop staff, confident to interface with all levels of management, strong written communication and presentation skills, effective consultative selling skills, aggressive in driving sales.
