Branch Manager/Onsite Manager for Fortune 500 Company: Dover, DE

Confidential search for an Onsite/Branch Manager in our Dover, Delaware manufacturing company.

On-site presence in the site...not just in the office but out meeting with Customers[weekly initially] in their specific areas = Mulltipack - Converting - MSO on a certain frequency {Monthly} but moreso with the employees in their assigned work areas

Demonstrates and delivers a pro-active approach to issues - will always provide action plans against trending issues and major outages - explaining outage event/item - actions to resolve - owner and time to complete and resolve.

Will develop shift supervisors to handle base expectations and teach them how to tour the site areas on a regular basis to manage base expectations/personnel and to know what is going on.

Can deliver and show administration documentation skills expected for our Key Elements and Internal Controls - is adept in using excel - powerpoint - Lotus notes and word programs

Has demonstrated Cause and Effect/Problem Statement and troubleshooting skills to address organizational and product flow procedural issues to final root cause solutions
Good Manufacturing Practices {GMP's} - can lead the employees and sustain the GMP expectations on a going basis -

Language skills - bilingual skills to support Spanish speaking and English speaking personnel in our business/site
Manufacturing background - has skills to manage temporary personnel in a product flow - make - pack and ship structure
People management and relationship building skills - can work with and lead people to get the results expected with the assigned assignments

Responsiveness to special needs and projects for our business/technology environment -

Meets with the Site Contract Manager on a monthly basis to discuss issues and communicate follow-up to resolution
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual is a plus

College degree preferred

Must have own transportation

Salary is 32-37K

We are looking for candidates that come from a manufacturing environment and/or staffing industry experience.
