Branch Manager

A growing, national wholesale HVAC distribution company is seeking a Branch Manager to run their Aurburn, MA Branch operations.

This position is being offered to a leader, a good communicator and a strong motivator that can actively grow a branch operation. This energetic person should be outgoing and a self-starter with a strong personal drive.

Responsibilities are:

• Managing, hiring and training staff personnel for counter and warehouse positions

• Growing the branch sales and profits

• Maintaining adequate inventory levels to support a growing business

• Develop and maintain high customer service levels

• Calling on current and potential customers to continually grow the business
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years management experience
• 2+ years counter or outside sales experience
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• High School graduate

Preferred:
• 3+ years HVAC branch management experience
• HVAC and Refrigeration Technical experience
• Associates Degree
