Bilingual Human Resource (HR) Generalist

Purpose:
Our client, a leader in home exterior manufacturing, is looking for a BILINGUAL HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST, to support all the non-exempt (hourly) employees.

Responsibilities include:

***Supporting the 150-200 non-exempt (hourly) employees with payroll using ADP software.

***Health and Welfare benefit management policy negotiation, invoices for benefits, 401 K, and pension plans.

***All initial screening for non-exempt (hourly) employees who work in the warehouse.


Qualified candidates will be:

***Bilingual Spanish

***Know ADP payroll software

***Have a manufacturing background

***Experience working with union employees is highly preferred

***Strong knowledge of MS Office

***4-5 years HR experience


This position is located in Elk Grove Village. This is a 4 month contract to hire opportunity paying $50-55K, and the hours are M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
