The first is to act as primary management liaison between Banner Plan Administration and Banner facility PR leaders related to administration and communication of Banner’s benefits and their role in supporting employee retention strategies. The second strategic responsibility will be to manage internal and external communications from BPA and function as communications leader for BPA. The third area of responsibility will be to develop and lead training and educational programs that promote a customer first and best practices culture at BPA.
