Benefits & Disability Specialist

Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc., a leading provider of high tech document imaging and workflow management solutions, has an immediate opportunity for a highly motivated individual to become a member of our BENEFITS/DISABILITY TEAM at our Bizhub Customer Care Center in Windsor, CT.

This demanding position requires a hands-on approach to managing the Company’s Benefits & Disability programs (Short-Term Disability, Leaves of Absence and Group Insurance) as well as ongoing written and verbal communications with program participants, managers and HR staff members.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Minimum 3 years prior Group Insurance and Disability Administration experience, including a thorough knowledge of Federal and individual State Family Leave requirements;
Highly developed customer service skills;
Proficiency with MS Office Suite;
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
