Benefits Analyst

Purpose:
Our client, a commercial finance company in Arlington VA is looking for a Benefits Specialist. This individual will be responsible for managing day to day HR department operations.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Perform, monitor, and manage all benefit plan administration-related matters including, Non-Discrimination Testing, 5500 reporting, FMLA, etc.
- Use electronic data management systems to improve efficiency
- Cover other HR related issues including recruitment and retention programs

Requirements (include but are not limited to):

- Benefit plan administration including meeting state and federal regulatory and reporting requirements
- Minimum of 6 years HR Management experience required
- Bachelors degree
