Attorney-Partner Labor & Employment Lawyer

Our client, a major law firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group is looking for a partner level lateral to add to our Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, a proven track record of achievement, and an entrepreneurial bent. While the successful candidate will support several existing firm clients, portable business in the range of 500k or more is desired. Traditional labor experience is a plus, but not strictly required. This person will lead the Labor & Employment practice in the Charlotte office, and will be tasked with growing same. This will likely be a non-equity hire to start. Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, a proven track record of achievement, and an entrepreneurial bent.
