Associate Director of Compensation
Our Human Resources team has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Compensation at or corporate offices in Houston, TX.
SCOPE:
Responsible for the company’s wage and salary program, bonus programs, and incentive programs as well as related policies, procedures, and guidelines. Works with senior management to develop the Compensation budget and plan for the organization. Advises senior management on compensation policy, law, industry trends, etc. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees and prepares job descriptions and market analysis for all positions in the organization.Develops salary administration guidelines and provides consultative review and recommendations for salary increases.Analyzes company compensation policies making recommendations for changes to support the organization’s business objectives. Develops, maintains, and administers company bonus and incentive plans providing for yearly changes and periodic costing analyses.
Ensures the company remains in compliance with applicable governmental regulations and law. Ensures data consistency in job descriptions, job placement, market analyses, and relevant employee data coordinating corrective actions with appropriate team members.Provides salary forecast analyses to assist senior management in developing yearly budget panning models.Ensures the group’s policies, practices, and business processes are in compliance with Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley review.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).A minimum seven (7) years progressive compensation experience. Prior general human resources experience including recruitment/retention, EEO compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration preferred. CCP designation preferred.
