Job Description:

Supervises and acts as administrator for various functions of Employee Records, including reception/switchboard, bridge in service, unemployment, I-9, and departmental equipment and supply maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising bridge in service and company start date functions to ensure employee records are accurate and associated benefits correctly maintained. Interfaces with unemployment and I-9 service providers. Maintains unemployment and I-9 reports. Supervises receptionist/switchboard staff on a daily basis. Maintains an accurate log of records boxes stored off-site. Assures proper maintenance and operation of Employee Records' equipment, and orders departmental supplies. Acts as backup for the Employee Policy, Relocation, and Employee Purchase Program functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Must have supervisory experience, and good organizational and people skills.
