Assistant Operations Manager

TRC Staffing Services is in search of a dynamic, motivated Assistant Operations Manager for our busy Buckhead office. The AOM is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in maintaining a sufficient supply of staffing employees to fill all orders that are developed through sales efforts. The AOM will also fill such orders and assist in the development of sales of our services in the Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown areas of Atlanta.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. MUST be a team-player! Requirements include:
Upbeat, team-oriented attitude

Ability to work alone or as a team, as needed

Knowledge of the hiring process and recruiting

Ability to think "outside of the box"

Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task

Staffing industry and knowledge of the geography of Atlanta a plus but not required
