Assistant Director of Human Resources, Home Health Care

This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources for the healthcare system.
The ideal candidate for this newly-created position will be responsible for managing the entire HR function for the home health care programs, including long-term care, CHHA, and LHCSA. This is a self-directed, managerial position with key responsibilities for managing and delivering high quality services in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
PHR Certification preferred
At least 5 years of progressive responsibility as a generalist with experience in all HR-related disciplines, including recruiting and regulatory compliance.
Experience functioning in a home health care setting.
Familiarity with Department of Health regulations.
Knowledge of current employment law, including the ADA, FMLA, FLSA.
Successful customer service track record.

?Ability to recognize, research, and resolve issues and make recommendations to improve service delivery processes
?Must possess a high degree of customer service and a thorough understanding of supported business processes
?Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communications skills, and effective relationship management skills are required
?Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and resolve problems with little intervention from senior management
