Area Human Resources Manager

Area HR Manager in operates as a strategic HR generalist supporting an area containing four non-union route facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with approximately 310 employees. Facilities are located in Somerset, NJ; Moonachie, NJ; Pennsauken, NJ (Philadelphia market); and Allentown, PA.
Area HR Manager:
**Provides strategic thought leadership and business partnership to maximize business performance.
**Direct and oversee implementation of all HR processes to ensure the most effective utlization of human capital needed to maximize business performance for the region.
**Ensure the successful execution of the Organizational Effectiveness, Staffing, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Succession Planning and HR Communications for the region
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate should possess:
**3 or more years of progressive HR experience in a large blue chip manufacturing corporation. Experience is a route based operation a plus.
**Bachelor's degree required and a master degree preferred.
**Strong business acumen and HR leadership experience with a proven track record of acting as a strategic business partner in a manufacturing environment.
**Strong employee relations (building strong relationships with employees and leaders)
**Proven ability to influence and interact effectively with business leaders
**Superior decision-making and client relationship skills
**Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business and clients
**Strong interpersonal counseling and conflict resolution skills.
**Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
**Strong communication skills with all levels of employees ranging from production employees and senior management. Need strong and effective communication skills to ensure total "ownership" of "employee empowerment message."
**Strong hands-on type person, who enjoys spending significant time on the production floor to utilize HR as a strategic partner with operations.
