Area HR Manager

HERTZ, the leader in Rent-A-Car, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist support all HR functions for our North/South Carolina Territory. The position will bbe located out of our office in
This individual will be responsible form providing support to the field operation and to act as a liaison between the field operation and Regional office. The responsibilities for this fast-paced position include, but are not limited to, providing support to managers by providing direction on company policies and procedures, recruitment, management development, and benefit administration, and safety. This position oversees a staff of one. There are approximately 400 employees within this Territory.
REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates must possess the following: Bachelor's Degree in related field and a minimum 4 years of strong generalist experience. Recruitment experience; Management experience; Knowledge of employment laws; The highest level of communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Computer skills are a must. Must also have the ability to travel within Nortth and South Carolina territory as needed. Approximately 30% travel within territory, depending on needs.
