Analyst, Human Resources Planning and AnalyticsThis position is responsible for reporting critical Human Capital information to all levels of management and business units. Key functions include consulting with HR leaders to evaluate their reporting needs, delivering informative reporting and analytical summaries including observations and recommendations, and developing/maintaining value-added analytical reports and scorecards using data modeling, and trend and gap analysis to produce actionable Human Resources plans. The chosen candidate will also be relied on to lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient reporting processes, the use of appropriate reporting tools and data integrity.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Management, Human Resources, Finance, IT or Operations.

5 years experience designing, developing and producing informative, analytical summaries of data.

Knowledge of relational database concepts, data modeling, SQL tuning/query optimization and data analysis.

Advanced Word, Excel, Access, and other MS Suite programs.

Experience with PeopleSoft and reporting tools such as Brio, Business Objects or equivalent.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to interact well with all levels of the organization.

Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to quickly understand complex data models and apply them to answer business questions.
