Analyst - El Segundo - (RL24687-0653-CA)

Analyst Summary: This position reports to HRIS Operations Manager and is based in El Segundo. The position is responsible for using MS Excel and MS Access to provide reports, data cleanup and query support from our job posting and applicant tracking system. The position will also provide overflow data, reporting and user support for our HR team. This is a mid-level analyst position, and final candidates will have 3 years of experience as an analyst.Advanced understanding of data, an eye for quality, and a great attitude is needed to succeed in this role.Essential Job Functions:
Provides routine (weekly, monthly and quarterly) reporting.
Provides “ad-hoc”, or “special request” reports.
Collaborates with team of analysts to provide spreadsheet and system cleanup.
Works to help identify duplication of reports, and helps to find better methods for meeting those requests through repeatable methods.

Provides Pivot Tables and Formatting within excel spreadsheets.

Works in the Applicant Tracking System to help research and resolve missing information, or data errors within systems.

Supports HR team with various questions about the system and reports.

Other duties as required.Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree.
3 years applicable experience.
Strong MS Excel skills.

Strong MS Access skills.

Ability to work with all levels of the organization in a collaborative way.

Effective team player.

Quality-oriented, with ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Ability to follow through to insure full completion of projects.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to perform work with accuracy, with attention to detail and within established time frames.
