ALUMNI AFFAIRS DIRECTOR

Alcorn State University seeks a creative and collaborative leader who would be responsible for building and cultivating relationships with alumni by strengthening existing programs and taking the lead in designing innovative new programs. Additionally, the applicant will oversee all aspects of annual restricted giving for the institution through the Alcorn State University Foundation and seek new (or renewal) donors through personal calls, direct mail, phonathon, special events, and other fund-raising techniques.

The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree preferably in a related area such as marketing, business, fund development, or human resource management, etc. In addition, a minimum of three to five years of work experience in fund development and/or alumni/constituent relations are required.
