Ladera is a 120-Bed Medicare and Medicaid certified Skilled Nursing Facility with exceptional survey history. Our department heads have been recognized as the best in New Mexico for the last 2 years. Additionally, we have not used any agency nursing over the last 2 years. Our Administrator, and the leadership team, are very stable.

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for Clinical systems and programs, survey preparedness, ensuring quality care and in-house training, and building and maintaining the nursing team.

REQUIREMENTS
We seek a dynamic, leadership experienced RN, with 3+ years Long-term Care management experience, and solid clinical and regulatory skills. Ideal candidate is a strong team builder.
