Job Description:
Clear Choice is currently looking for an energetic, experienced Administrative / Sales Assistant. The position primarily consists of doing data entry, email correspondence, and administrative work for our sales force and office management. Other duties will include general office and phone work, spreadsheet manipulation, and other administrative areas.
Job Location:
24th St. / Camelback, Biltmore area at Esplanade office high rise in Phoenix.
Compensation:
Hourly wage starts at $12-13 and will be provided depending on skill level and experience. Full Medical, Dental, and Retirement benefits, and covered parking provided. Room for advancement and other opportunities in the company.

•1+ yr experience in office / administrative work
•Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, other common programs
•Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing skills
•General Internet / MS Windows proficiency
•Telephone skills including phone answering, customer service, appointment confirmations, and associated phone work.
•Strong work ethic and able to work unsupervised and be responsible for ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
