DYNAMIC ACCOUNT MANAGER

This candidate will be managing all aspects of recruiting and staffing for an internationally recognized organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, interacting with hiring manager to access needs and develop job descriptions, successfully matching candidate's skills to job requirements, and constantly recruiting new applicants to meet the demand of open job orders.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate must have previous 3-5 years staffing experience, preferably in a leadership role. Must be a self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Should also possess strong attention to detail, and have exceptional follow-up and communication skills, self-driven with the ability to work independently.
