We are currently seeking an experienced Technology Sales Executive for our Irvine location.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage multiple client relationships and engagements.
•Development and implementation of strategic plans to solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships.
•Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.
•Establish and maintain activity-based selling to ensure that sales activities are aligned with business goals.
•Work closely with recruitment staff to insure clear requirements are defined and specific recruitment focus is attained.
•Leadership in partnering with recruitment staff so they identify potential leads through recruiting activities; AE encourages and consistently accepts leads, pursues for business development and communicates results.
•Participate in targeted sales initiatives as directed.
•Develop prospect list and execute a targeted sales and marketing plan to generate new business.
•Execute client visits insuring customer satisfaction and marketing objectives.
•Seek opportunities for and sell benefits of OS Migration and Software Quality Management product offerings.
•Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidates.
•Active participation in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking database.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
•Proven track record in sales within the industry that the chosen practice specialty serves; Technology AE should have IT based sales experience, ideally within the staffing industry.
•Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external).
•Experience developing client relationships in Fortune 500 and/or Russell 2000 companies preferred.
•Sales experience in the staffing industry with a proven track record of success and/or sales experience at the executive and corporation officer level with a proven track record of success.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as business acumen.
•Proven ability to work within a team environment.
•Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan.
•Detail oriented with follow-through shown in previous jobs.
•Able to communicate with and present at the executive level.
•Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
•Ability to qualify and close business. Excellent Persuasion/negotiation skills.
•Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
•Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and solutions quickly.
•Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise.
