REQUIREMENTS
• A proven track record in sales
• The ability to think on their feet in a fast paced
environment
• A high level of confidence, professionalism and decision
making skills
• The desire to be above average and the self discipline to
achieve their goals
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not required
