Topeka's Steakhouse 'N Saloon has locations in Richmond, Hampton, Chesapeake and soon to be Charlottesville. As we look to expand our locations, we are seeking motivated and qualified managers to join our successful team. Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Total Customer Satisfaction.
· Creating memorable guest experiences.
· Recruit, train and develop a positive and productive operational
Team, including your Shift Leaders and other Team members.
· Directing all food service operations in accordance with HACCP
requirements for safe food handling practices & Topeka’s corporate
policies.
· Direct the daily operational requirements of the restaurant,
including scheduling and labor management.
· Manage inventory including purchasing all food and non-food items.
· Ensure operational profitability.
REQUIREMENTS
· High school graduate but we prefer some college or food industry
training & serve safe certificate.
· 2-5 years of proven verifiable experience as a full service
Restaurant Manager.
· Experience handling restaurant profit and loss statements.
· Outgoing personality and real desire to interact with guests.
· Computer proficiency a plus.
· Strong communication skills.
