Mangiamo LLC , an area developer for Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza is looking for customer service focused managers to provide leadership, motivation and a positive attitude to personnel for our store openings in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market.

Although new to Arizona, Papa Murphy's Pizza is the sixth largest pizza chain in America and has been awarded the "Best Pizza Chain in America" for the past four years,as voted by customers through Restaurant and Institutions magazine.

Papa Murphy's pioneered the take and bake pizza concept which now operates in over 30 states and Canada. We offer custom made pizza featuring high quality fresh topping generously layered on pizza dough that is made fresh daily in each store. Papa Murphy's pizza is baked at home in our customers ovens for a piping hot, delicious meal whenever they want it.

As a store manager with Papa Murphy's, you will run your operations as your own business. You will be responsible for the for the day to day operations including staffing, ordering, customer service and financial responsibility.

Store hours are from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday thru Thursday, 11:00 am until 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday and from 12:00 noon until 7:00pm on Sunday.

Papa Murphy's offers a 5 day work week, paid vacation, paid holidays, monthly bonus based on store sales and health insurance if required.

Our growing company offers opportunity for advancement as we grow to 15 stores over the next 4 years.
REQUIREMENTS


Previous Restaurant Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals

Ability to champion our high standards of quality and guest service

Ability to hire, train and motivate a staff of 10 to 12 people

Available evenings and weekends

Basic computer skills
