Spa Supervisor

Generates, through proper supervision of assigned areas, projected revenue levels and consistent guest satisfaction.Maintains a thorough working knowledge of industry trends and products.Supervises and coordinates operational unity among all areas for the Spa.Enforces standards for personnel administration and performance, service to patrons, advertising, publicity, credit, and service.Responsible for maintaining consistent and regular attendance.Reviews various reports for content, accuracy and clarity in a timely manner.Guides and supports Spa Associates in operational and financial issues.Ensures an optimum level of service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained throughout the Spa; facilitates the accurate, timely flow of information throughout the Spa.Held accountable, to the highest degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of Spa records and reports.Ensures adequate staffing levels in the Spa during assigned shift, by assisting with interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, assisting with career development, promoting, and disciplining associates, as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Associate?s degree in Spa/Health Club Management or a related field from a two year college or university, or three years direct experience and/or training in Spa/Health Club Operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of one year supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
Cosmmetology license preferred.
