We are seeking bright and talented Sous Chef candidates with high-volume kitchen management experience and a track record and passion for developing people to reach goals and achieve financial results. Personal and professional maturity are key attributes of our successful managers.

Our Sous Chefs are responsible for delivering financial, human resource and operational results through:
• Program sales growth
• Kitchen program labor and food cost goals
• Internal mentoring and staff development
• Strong safety and housekeeping standards.
