Sous Chef

Management SOUS CHEF Daily supervision of hot and cold food department. 2-3 years culinary/management experience. SHIFT SUPERVISORS Responsible for directing all unit (shift) staff in areas of operations, employee relations, including responsibility for transportation, ramp operations, sanitation and timely catering. Prior in-flight catering industry experience a plus. FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Responsible for leading and directing pantry/food production. 2-3 years management and high-volume food production experience. Prior in-flight catering industry experience a plus. EMPLOYMENT RECRUITER (TEMPORARY) Responsiblefornon-exempt/hourly recruitment. Ability to juggle multiple recruiting responsibilities. Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly desired. Travel may be necessary. 2-5 years high-volume recruiting experience. Food & beverage/concessions recruiting experience is a plus.
