The Snowmass Club, sister property of The Little Nell (Aspen's only 5 Star, 5 Diamond hotel), combines exquisite amenities incl championship golf, tennis, athletic club, & restaurants. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, CO, the Snowmass Club is a unique property looking to fill the following positions:
Senior HR Manager
Must have college degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 5 yrs exp in luxury hotel environment. Assist the Director to ensure the efficient administration & management of all Human Resources functions & employee relations. Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting exp, training, compensation & benefits administration reqd. This pos reqs a high level of professionalism, strong leadership capabilities & attention to detail. Must have strong written & verbal communication skills. Spanish speaker a plus! FT/YR.
Athletic Club Director
College degree prefd &at least 5 yrs exp in management of a private athletic club or facility. Strong guest service & communication skills needed. Current CPR, First Aid, Group Exercise and Personal Training Certification reqd. Will create & implement group exercise schedule. Responsible for hiring, administration of all staff members, scheduling, training, reviews, payroll, & disciplinary action. Responsible for budget development &monitoring, including revenue, payroll, cost sources and evaluation. FT/YR.
