SOUS CHEF IN BEVERLY HILLS
POSITION PURPOSE: Support the Executive Chef in all duties of organizing and running the Kitchen operation.
Cooking, preparation, execution, presentation for all courses including desserts. Able to operate on each of the shifts (Breakfast, lunch and dinner). Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and the kitchen equipment.Scheduling, planning of all food preparation, distribution of daily tasks to all cooks. Supervising during service, quality controls, execution and expediting of courses simultaneously.Plan and oversee day to day banquet culinary operations and give direction to employees. Visually inspect, select and use only the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, fowl, and other food products of the highest standard in the preparation of items.Food ordering, responsible for the frozen and walk-in items inventory. Also, responsible for the frozen and walk-in items inventory. Ensure proper payroll procedures

-3 to 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Sous Chef
-Basic knowledge of Italian Cuisine and International Cuisine
