Resv Mgr, Exec Sous Chef, Garde Manger, Asst Hskpr, Esthetician

RESERVATIONS MANAGER
Minimum 2 years hotel experience in Front Office required (Reservations experience preferred). Must have proven managerial and supervisory skills with excellent judgment and decision-making ability. Must be computer literate in hotel property management systems, Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual English/Japanese language skills preferred.

EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
Minimum 8 years hotel Executive Sous Chef experience in 4 or 5 Diamond establishment. Culinary college degree desired. Food handling certificate required. Must have experience with various kitchen operations, scheduling, and strong administrative and communication skills. Knowledge of food cost controls; operate, clean and maintain all kitchen equipment; plan and develop menus and recipes; and expand and condense recipes. Ability to assist and train employees. Sanitation certificate and CPR certification helpful.

GARDE MANGER
Minimum 5 years Garde Manger experience at an upscale hotel or restaurant required. Ability to forecast foood orders from banquet and restaurant party contracts according to business volume; complete food requisitions and transfers according to food demand; prepare all types of salads, canapes, hors d'oeuvres, aspics, pates, fancy cold food presentations, dressings and vinaigrettes. Knowledge in preparation of show pieces (ice carvings, tallow, vegetable and fruit carvings) required. Previous supervisory experience and sanitation certificate desired.

ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER
Minimum 2 years hotel & supervisory experience required. Must have knowledge in cleaning and equipment technique. Good verbal & written communication skills required. Must have computer experience in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; be able to operate 10-key and other business machines; and have excellent organizational skills. Must be detail and service-oriented and have excellent follow through. College degree preferred. Financial & analytical skills preferred.

LEAD ESTHETICIAN
Must be a licensed esthetician and have a minimum of 4 years prior experience. Ability to do facials, waxing, body wraps and scrubs required. Licensed cosmetologist to encompass skin, hair and nails helpful.
