Latitude 41 is seeking a strong candidate for Restaurant Supervisor that is driven to gain experience on his/her way to the top. This Restaurant is run as a separate entity in a Downtown luxury hotel. It has all of the perks of working with a large company, but will have the feel of an independent restaurant.

As best Chef in South Florida, Chef Max has made many appearances with other Best Chefs of the South and Individual events showcased at the James Beard Foundation in NY, he has been a part of the South Beach Food & Wine Festival, as well as many other national events…Responsibilities
Provide leadership in all areas of Customer Service and Restaurant Operations in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of similar experience in high-end Restaurant or the equivalent, the ability to communicate effectively and lead a Restuarant team with clear concise direction and respect. Mentor with management and have a love for food, a passion for service, and a dedicated work ethic.
