We are an award-winning, Arizona based, family owned restaurant company and seeking applications for all positions including management positions for our Cottonwood, AZ restaurant.

We are accepting applications for Servers, Kitchen help, and various Management positions.

The ideal management candidate will possess a college degree or course work in hospitality or business management, a proven, successful track record of 2+ years management experience in the restaurant industry, including profit & loss responsibility. The management candidate will possess a strong leadership and team building skills, including interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Including business math and accounting skills, including the ability to calculate/analyze data, as well as strong analytical/decision-making skills. The management candidate should have a professional results-oriented attitude, the ability to meet and exceed high standards of operation, the flexibility to handle the challenges of a changing market, and uncompromising integrity.
