Restaurant Managers are needed...

We have decided to restructure our Food & Beverage Department. We have the following Restaurant Manager positionS available in these dining establishments at our resort property:

** Bistro Restaurant
** Buffet
** Cafe
** Players Steakhouse

The managers make themselves highly visible in the restaurant during peak meal periods. They handle all guests issues. Supervise staff which includes selection; training; performance reviews; counseling and discipline. They may be also be assigned to manage other restaurants as needed. The position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage who reports to the Vice President of Food & Beverage and Hotel Resort.

REQUIREMENTS
This position requires 5+ years restaurant management experience as a Manager or GM for a full service restaurant. We are looking for experienced restaurant managers that know how to motivate their team and produce a great dining experience for our guests. Must be at least 21 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. AA or higher a plus and/or combination of 10 years restaurant experience a plus. Must be able to pass a background check which includes a drug screen, credit and criminal as this position must maintain a Gaming License. Food Workers Certificate from the County of Riverside also required.
