Restaurant Manager/General Manager

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

One to Two years Restaurant Management experience
Experience running FOH, BOH and Catering simultaneously
Ability to work varied shifts and days of the week
Fast casual experience is a plus


In December 2005, Il Fornaio, an upscale Italian dinner house with more than 20 locations, in conjunction with BRS, an equity firm out of New York, formed a partnership to buy Corner Bakery Cafe from Brinker International with the intent to aggressively grow the brand and help us realize our full potential in the marketplace.

We currently have 24 cafes in the Southern California Market with new locations in Burbank, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, and Anaheim Hills. Watch for us on a corner near you soon in Lakewood, El Toro, and East Pasadena
