KFC Restaurant/Food Service Managers - All Levels
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are metAssists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionsAssists Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionsConducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates and trainsEnsures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance programEnsures food quality and 100% customer satisfactionEnsures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
REQUIREMENTS
High School Degree or GED preferred but not required1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within the food service/ retail/ customer service industry, including Profit & Loss responsibility; multi-brand unit experience is a plusAbility to calculate/analyze dataStrong customer service skills requiredBasic business math and accounting skillsPersonal computer operations preferred
