REQUIREMENTS
Assistant Managers:

* High School Degree of GED

* 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within the food service/retail/customer service industry

* Ability to calculate/analyze data

* Strong Customer Service Skill

* Basic Math and Accounting Skills


Restaurant General Manager:

* Good oral and written communication skills

* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

* Strong Analytical/decision making skills

* Basic Computer Literacy

* High School or GED required

* 2 - 4 years supervisory experience in either food service/retail environment

* Ability to lead and manage others.
