The Assistant Manager (AM) is responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team in a Burger King restaurant to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The AM ensures that each visit by a customer results in a friendly and personalized service, with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. The AM is an important member of the team who manages human resource, operational and financial objectives. With strong performance, you can progress to General Manager, with possibilities for advancement to field positions.

REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Work Experience
Experience in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry.Other Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
Ability to train, guide and lead management staff and team
Good organization and time-management skills
Reliable Transportation
