Relief Restaurant Manager

Coordinates the activites of restaurant staff to deliver quality product and service to restaurant customers. Directs and manages team members, work area and product safety and sanitation; monitors quality and consistency of food production and guest satisfaction; responds to guest inquiries and resolves experiences not meeting guest satisfaction in a timely and professional manner; participates with marketing efforts, cost control and inventory.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management preferred. Minimum of two years Food & Beverage management experience required. Must be available to work various shifts occurring Sunday through Saturday from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
