Receptionist / First Impression Coordinator

Vineyard Bank Corporate Headquarters located in Corona near the 15 and 91 freeway, is currently seeking a front desk coordinator Vineyard has been a part of the Inland Empire for over twenty five years and we have just recently opened our corporate building on Corona Pointe. In this position you will be responsible for providing the highest level of support and service to both internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor at all times. The Concierge will be responsible for monitoring access to building, enforcing security measures and providing customer service to all visitors. Under general supervision and acting on own initiative and direction, performs specialized assignments and support tasks of a non-routine, non-repetitive nature to relieve and assist the Administration Department. Assignments may involve work of a confidential nature and general understanding of the bank’s operations. Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance and concierge desk areas at all times. Provide excellent customer service and remain accessible to clientele during your shift. Coordinate food and beverage orders and services. Respond to inquiries regarding services and building issues by contacting or referring to proper personnel. Occasionally review activity surrounding building and in parking lot on video surveillance monitor, and notify Corona Police Department and Security department of any unusual activity observed. Act as main point of contact and direct first responders to the appropriate department in the event of an emergency inside the building requiring an emergency response. Maintain a visitor sign-in log at the concierge desk. Sign for, and safe keep deliveries of loan documents, parcels, packages, etc., and notify mailroom and/or appropriate department of their receipt. . Coordinate scheduling of meetings in first floor conference room. Maintain a list, with driving directions, from Corona Pointe to the Vineyard Bank branches to give to customers who see the building from the freeway and think it is a branch. Secondary Responsibilities: Execute special assignments as directed by Administration department. . Assist the Administration department with various projects performing tasks such as filing, sorting, researching and compiling data, gathering survey data, and proofreading written communications.
REQUIREMENTS
2 to 4 years of experience. Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Well organized, flexible, and multi-task oriented with the ability to prioritize and redirect efforts when necessary. Proven and extensive experience in an environment where customer service is the primary focus. Exemplary communication skills, detail oriented, and decision making. Dependable and articulate. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and personnel. Professional, positive and enthusiastic, self motivated and dedicated. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional demeanor. Able to work independently and make good business decisions with little supervision. Understanding of the bank’s operations and processes.
