RN UNIT MANAGER/MDS COORDINATOR

Position: MDS COORDINATOR

In this exciting role, you will Coordinating the completion of the minimum data set, resident assessment protocols and care plans, you will participate on an interdisciplinary team and prepare quarterly and annual MDS. You will also organize all care plan conferences, provide continual reviews and updates as needed, supervise changes and additions made by other personnel, and take weekend calls as necessary.


Requirements
This role requires an RN certification. MDS experience preferred. The ability to communicate clearly, effectively is also necessary and affinity for working with the senior population. One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
