Operations Manager

Seven One Seven Parking Services Inc. is a regional leader providing garage and parking lot management, valet, shuttle services, and special even parking solutions to municipalities, owners of properties, airports, hospitals and medical facilities, hotels, restaurants, casinos, nightclubs, country clubs, property management companies, catering facilities, condominiums, apartment complexes, large corporations, convention centers, shopping malls, real estate holding companies.

We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor for our healthcare division Hospital Parking Management. This supervisor will train, mentor, and supervise, new and existing employees in Detroit, MI.


DESCRIPTION:

•Late afternoon shift starting at 2:00 PM.

•Hire, train, and schedule employees

•Develop and maintain existing client relationships

•Use available tools to aid in forecasting staffing schedules

•Daily and weekly contact with clients

•Daily cash reconciliation

•Set and achieve quarterly goals based on upper management criteria

•Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments

•Complete and submit accurate timely daily and weekly reports as required
REQUIREMENTS
•Hospitality background preferred

•3-5 years of management experience, preferably overseeing 20 or more employees

•Excellent leadership skills

•Good communication skills with an attention to detail

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

•Availability to work days, weekends, and holidays if needed

•Knowledge of the parking industry a plus

•Ability to handle numerous responsibilities (multi-task)

•Must be pro-active, self starter who is able to work independently

•Exceptionally focused, organized, flexible, detail-oriented

•Strong outgoing personality with the ability to motivate others

•Excellent interpersonal communication skills

•Must have no criminal background background
