Come join the Gaylord Opryland team as a lifeguard at our indoor pool. Full-time positions are available now! As a lifeguard, you will supervise the pool areas and ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all guests. Enforce all rules and standards set forth by the Spa, provide overall cleanliness and maintenance of pools and patio areas, refer all guest challenges or complaints to Management according to Relâche Guest Service Recovery guidelines and perform other duties as assigned. Exhibit world-class service skills as well as Gaylord Opryland STAR attributes of positive attitude, strong work ethic, teamwork and a passion to serve. We want to see you poolside!
REQUIREMENTS
Lifeguard certification required
CPR certification required
Previous lifeguard experience preferred
Great customer service skills
