McDonald’s, the world’s largest Quick Service Restaurant, currently has management opportunities available within our corporate owned restaurants. As a member of our management team, you will receive training in the basics of restaurant operations that will allow you to coordinate people, product and equipment with a goal of delivering outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and value on every shift you manage.

And…McDonald’s is the only current restaurant organization to be recognized by the American Council on Education, (ACE), for our restaurant management curriculum. In fact, your participation in our training programs can earn you up to 46 college credits towards your 2-year or 4-year degree programs at any traditional college or university!
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess the following qualities...
*a 'can-do' attitude accompanied by a strong desire to succeed
*demonstrated leadership ability
*an ability to work well with others
*strong communication skills
*a customer service mentality

Hourly shift managers enjoy a flexible work schedule for either part time or full time positions. Pay begins around $8.00 per hour and benefits include medical and dental insurance, paid vacations and holidays, 401k, plus much more!
