Hospitality and Condo Management Company is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for supervising housekeeping, public area and laundry staffs, maintaining 1100 rooms by ensuring quality services are rendered in meeting guests' needs and upholding company standards in the guest rooms and public areas. A minimum of 4 years previous experience in the hospitality industry is required as is the ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends, nights and holidays as per business demands. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal; be highly energetic and focused on delivering excellent customer service, have excellent organization and management skills and be detail oriented with a high sense of urgency.
