As the Hospital Housekeeping Director you are responsible for the daily operational performance of the Environmental Services department using technical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Hospital Houskeeping Director Responsibilities:
Coordinates, leads, supervises, monitors and controls the human and physical resources of the environmental department.Works to proactively correct discrepancies and improve current practices.Interacts with all Supervisors in the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.Displays and practices a work style that reflects the mission, philosophy and goals of the organization.

Prior supervisory experience or completion of an accredited course in administrative housekeeping is preferred.
